    Hi,

    My boys had an xbox Live Gold subscription with 7 months remaining.

    One of them accepted the offer of $1 Game Pass Ultimate subscription thinking it was only $1.

    I cancelled it straight away and was refunded the $1.

    Now they have lost their Live Gold subscription and there is no option to resubscribe; the account only shows an option to renew the Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

    Can anyone please help with how to reinstate or renew their Live Gold subscription?
