    Xbox Live Gold Subscription Billing Issue


    I quit using my Xbox several months ago.

    Unknown to me, my gold subscription rolled over in March, it was authorized on an expired credit card.

    Now in May, they've charged a different card that had been used on the account to buy a game at some point.

    I have not logged into the service since mid-February. - I'm not some scammer trying to get some free time, I don't use the service and don't want it. The manager I spoke to hung up on me and they tell me I should have contacted them sooner.

    The charge was made 9 days ago. I contacted support as soon I could.

    Is there any other way to get assistance reversing the charge?

    Xbox Live Gold Subscription Billing Issue

    Phone and chat support are the only ones who handle billing issues. You would have to continue trying to work with them.
