  1. Xbox Live Gold Subscription (2 accounts totaling 16+ years)

    To whom it may concern,

I have two Xbox Live Gold subscriptions (one for 10+ years, and another for 6+ years) both running simultaneously and uninterrupted.

I have signed-up to Xbox Live Rewards.

Our household has two Xbox 360's (one for each account) and I remember the time when we upgraded from the original Xbox to the 360. It was revolutionary. Now the time has come to upgrade again; especially with the impressive line-up of games coming this
    November.

I have been impressed by every review I have seen regarding the Xbox One online; whether it be on YouTube or a similar website. While the price of the Xbox One certainly reflects its power and sophistication, I personally have not been able to afford it
    as of recently.

I have reviewed many of the bundles and deals at local retailers, and scouted many prices online. While this price reflects the power/functionality of the Xbox One, I am unable to afford it. This is especially true being that I will have to purchase two
Xbox One's, in order to upgrade both accounts to the current generation.

I am a life-long Xbox fan; as well as its beautifully crafted online services.

Am I eligible for any special deals in order to buy a pair of Xbox One's? And can my continued Online Gold Subscription help me further through Xbox Live Rewards?

Thank you for any assistance you can give,

    Sincerely...

    A life-long, loyal, Xbox customer.

    :)

How to Turn off auto renewal or cancel Xbox LIVE membership

How to turn off auto renewal

It is recommended that you cancel your Xbox LIVE Gold Membership using the option of turning off automatic renewal. If auto renewal is "off", your membership will expire at the end of its current term.

    Steps to follow:

    1) If you are not already signed in, click Sign In at the upper right hand corner and sign in using your Microsoft account.

    2) Proceed to My Account.

    3) Click Change next to automatic renewal. Change the setting to OFF

You will be able to continue enjoying all the benefits of Xbox LIVE Gold Membership until your paid membership time expires.

    Note:

If you want to cancel or disable your Xbox LIVE Gold Membership immediately, you should contact Xbox support. Use the Request a Call from Support option on the official Xbox Contact Us page. Your account cannot be canceled through chat or email.

If you disable your account immediately, you will lose the time remaining on your membership subscription.

If you are on a 2 Year Xbox LIVE Gold Contract, and you want to cancel before the end of the 2 years, you will be charged an Early Termination Fee and other applicable taxes. Once the two-year agreement period is over, your account will not be renewed automatically.

You can cancel the 2 Year Xbox LIVE Gold Contract using the option of self-cancel your subscription on Xbox.com

  3. Sharing gold membership between accounts on xbone

How can you tell if an account is the primary account? I know these are total noob questions I've only had my xbone for like 2 months.

you are not eligible for any discounts.

Just because you've been on live for a certain amount of time doesn't entitle you to a discount on a console.

True, IF You alone were to be given a discount just because You have been a member for a total of 16+ years, then what would others get? I have a friend with over a total of 30 years IF he was to count his entire family's Xbox History, He and his sister
and father owns each a 360, they have had live since the First Xbox was released, it gets to a total of 30-50 years! Soo dont come here to whine simply because You do not get a discount on a console, instead YOU should be happy they are kind enough to give
you 2 free games each month!

  7. Thanks for your replies; and thank you too Eggnogga.

I have posted in another thread as well. I was not searching for an answer like "hey here's a free Xbox One."

In the other thread, one of the replies to my question was...and I quote --> "No."

I was just looking for a more detailed answer; which "Zentamon" provided, even if the answer was not as graceful toward the end.

    Thank you guys again.
