Xbox Live Gold subscribtion not showing up after signing in to xbox.com

Hi everyone,

My problem is, whenever i sign into any of the xbox.com subdomains(store.xbox.com, account.xbox.com, etc.) via a web browser my xbox doesn't recognize my gold subscribtion anymore. So i can't use things like online play, games with gold etc. This is the fourth
time this is happening. First three times i contacted live support to solve the problem. I haven't contacted support for the latest occurrence yet. Does anybody have a similar issue and since this happens eveytime, is there a place to report this as a bug
so this gets fixed permanently?

Gold subcribe

Hi,

I really have a problem now and i dont know how to fix it.

I bought me on the Black Friday the Xbox Gold and because i bought it an another time in Summer 2016 i thought its not an subscribtion.I live in Germany and the Sale was 1 Euro for 1 Month Xbox Gold. I bought it and didn´t know it was a Subscribtion, nothing
an the Ad was about a Subscribtion. Now its 2.1.18 and my Gold was expired and now it wants 5,87 from me for another Month. I dont have the Money to pay that.I can´t cancel this subscribtion now because of the Money he wants from me.

Nobody told me that i bougth a subscribtion neither the Ad or the bought note.

I just wanted 1 Month Gold not a whole Subscribtion.

I need help please

I've had this problem for weeks now, the billing site clearly shows my account is active but none of the *.xbox sites recognize it nor does my Xbox One.

Sorry to hear it. Right now you are not showing as having a Gold membership. Your only option will be to contact phone support to get this sorted if you should still have an active membership.

He could also try redeeming his account on his Xbox

That's not the problem. I can't even join Live, never mind add a Gold membership. I did try adding the Gold membership on the Xbox as well as joining Live on the Xbox but they both produce the same error. When I signed onto Xbox.com with the idea of using
my card online, it automatically created this account (I didn't sign up or anything). But this account doesn't show up as linked on the Xbox nor does it show my achievements online. So I feel like adding a Gold membership online would be a quick way to lose
30 dollars thanks to whatever error is occurring.
