    okay hey new to the whole xbox live thing seeing as its free for ps3 but yeah. It wont let me go to the next page thing since NZ doesnt have states and shizz, yeah anyways what do I do about this?
    Whatpostal code should I put and state since it wont let me move on unless I put one there? Please help Iwanna play peeps online lol ....

    Hello I was playing xbox just the day before and it said i needed to join gold and sign up but it said sorry thats as many as you can have but then i checked that i still had gold and it not working i cant see my freinds on xbox or the smartglass for the
    laptop or mobile and when i wanna play online and i cant please help!!!!!

    Sorry to hear you're having issues. Please try deleting your profile only (not profile and items) then powercycling the console and finally redownload the profile.

    hi, sorry mister cerb the troubleshooting stebs that you have suppled has not helped me, it still says that i have to have a gold live subcription, when it goes to subcription page , it says : looks like you are ready to go, it then returns to game and says
    this profile is not allowed to play on xbox live.....my gold subcription ends 17-9-2014 . it is the gold live trail offer..........simon

    about free games, you mean about the games with gold? Because related to these games you will need the subcription to xbox live gold and not the xbox game pass!
