Xbox Live Gold stopped working.

So I activated the free trial active until 19 February 2016. It worked for several days. Now my Xbox looks like the Live gold was never activated. Everything I try that requires Live Gold membership takes me to the wizard to "Buy Gold". When I check my account
with a browser on my PC it shows that Live Gold is active. But the Xbox somehow doesn't know this. I think this might have happened after I restarted the router, but not sure it was about a week ago. So it there any way to get help? My chat session was just
closed. I considered buying the Live Gold membership after the trial is over, but if it just stops working after 2 days and there is no way to get support... paying for this service is not worth it.

Hi Talgrex!

I'm sorry about your issue right now. I would recommend trying to contact chat or phone support so they could verify your account if the subscription got cancelled or not. You're actually not showing as gold so there can probably an issue with your current
account.

Also, I would recommend using a pc/laptop when contacting chat support. Mobiles or ipads/tablets have issues getting disconnected randomly. Not sure why that happens most of the time, but I would suggest using stable devices to open a chat.

I have the same problem, the status of Gold worked two hours on the console can not see it !!! This fraud, money removed, and do nothing !!!!

Yes, It was working well on August 27 then on August 28 the Xbox live gold membership stop working.

I'm sorry to see any issues with your Gold subscription! You mention signing out, but have you tried

removing the account fully and re-adding it back on? That generally solves these type of syncing issues with the system.

I have the same issue since yesterday. It just stopped working even though i have bought a 1 year membership that's far from over. Did you manage to fix it?
