    Xbox live gold: still says free


    Purchased my Xbox one around Christmas and also purchased Xbox live gold. the fI eat month was free and I was charged for the second month as well. I understand that I will be charged monthly but currently when I try to play advanced warfare online it
    puts up an error saying im not allowed to play online an to purchase Xbox live gold.

    I bought Xbox Live from Xbox.com and I got ripped off, i dont have xbox live on my xbox 360

    I bought Xbox Live Gold from the Xbox.com Website and it says im a Gold member on there, but on My Xbox 360, it says that Im Still an Xbox LIVE Free

    Please Help me Xbox live gold: still says free :(

    Paid for GOLD, but account still says FREE

    I just paid for a one month XBOX LIVE GOLD membership, but my XBOX still says it's XBOX LIVE FREE. I've restarted the internet connection, and the XBOX several times now and nothing has changed. My account on this site says my Membership is GOLD, and it
    says in my managed payment section that it's GOLD too. But no matter what I do my Profile still says it's free. please HELP!!!!!!!??

    It sounds like an issue with the recurring billing on your account. You may need to call support: 1-800-4MY-XBOX.

    Also you do not have to pay for live monthly. You can get a year subscription all at once and its much cheaper.

    im having the same problem, updated from the xbox live free membership to gold and it still says free and wont let me play on xbox live. every time i try to it just says my account isnt aloud to play on xbox live?

    eh ? my account is fine and i can log in to it, my xbox live connection is also fine...

    the problem is that i just paid for gold membership but for some reason when i login on my xbox it still seems to think im on a free membership.

    When i go to my profile on the My Xbox part of the dashboard it says Xbox Live Free

    However when i click on Manage Account it says Xbox LIVE Gold...

    It also says i have gold on the xbox website, but i can't access any of the gold features

    Its starting to drive me mental
