    XBOX LIVE GOLD STATUS REVOKED WITH NO WARNING OR EXPLANATION


    Less than a week into a 30 month trial, in the middle of a game, my gold status was cut off.

    Any idea how to fix this?

    When I click the "contact us", at the bottom of this page, while logged in, nothing comes up except a service interuption notice for xbox 360.

    My console was banned without explanation

    Xbox live settings won’t allow multiplayer

    Hi there,

    We appreciate you reaching out to us with this issue. Playing multiplayer games on Xbox Live requires a Gold subscription. You would need to purchase one before you would be able to continue playing online. If you were sharing Xbox Live Gold status with
    someone else on your console, this means they have revoked access.

    To find out why it got cancelled the best way is to contact support. If you cannot do through chat go through phone support. (800) 469-9269 is the number if you are in Canada or the U.S.
