Xbox Live Gold Sharing not working?!

HELP. I have gold on my account, and recently another account was created on my xbox. This account has my xbox as home xbox, and so do I. So why is my xbox live gold not sharing? For some reason it has all the games and apps and everything. But it shows
I don't have a gold subscription. I have tried to restart my console and nothing. Please help me.

Is there any specific games or features that are not working, and is there any error codes that have popped up? Let's start by

removing the main home console profile from your Xbox One console and then sign it back in. If the issue persists after that, I would recommend that you next

Factory Restore your Xbox One console, selecting Reset and keep my games & apps.

Ok I might do this but how will this affect everything else? Like will I lose any progress on my games or anything like that considerung my main account is being signed out? that i download all my games from?

 

To clarify, does this 'offline' profile have a separate Gamertag? Offline profiles work a little bit differently on Xbox One than they did on Xbox 360 where a guest account is a buddy account attached to the main account that is signed-in. If you have a
separate Xbox Live silver account with its own Gamertag that is not an Xbox Live Gold account, your saves should remain intact.
