Xbox Live Gold Sharing like Xbox One

So My son got xbox live gold for his 360 for xmas... Beings that i am the main account holder i added it to my account. He is a sup account off mine. He is trying to play destiny. But it says he can do firestorms without a xbox gold ... that is what i added
from his xmas. Can someone help me. My brother says his xbox one has a share button. Confused on how to find this on xbox 360.

Yeah,sounds like gold sharing feature is being used

If you were to try on a 360 you wouldn't be able to play online.

 

Can I play Minecraft ONLINE with a silver Account?

Have you set up gold sharing on your xbox one ?

Gold Sharing does not work on Xbox 360 and is a feature exclusive to Xbox One. On Xbox 360, all accounts that want to play online will need their own Gold subscription, so unfortunately your son will need his own subscription in order to play Destiny on
his account.
