I have activeted a subscription xboxe live gold with a month trial but when I try to play online it shows me the written that I need to activet the subscription xboxe live gold?how is it possible?and how can I fix it?

You only need one active xbox live gold subscription for one xbox one console.

On 01/14/2018, xbox live gold was subscribed to xbox one. Payment has passed, but xbox live gold does not work. In the status of the order write what is expected. The console shows that the subscription is active, but in fact it is not active.

When you go to Settings and then Subscriptions on your XBOX, does it show an active subscription running on YOUR account.

Do you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription? The game requires an active Xbox Live Gold.

If you got the game when it was on Games with Gold, then you will need to have an active Gold Subscription to play it. Xbox One & Xbox Series X|S Games with Gold are only playable with the gold subscription. If you do have an active Gold Subscription, then try the steps that Georges C. mentioned.
