Xbox Live gold rewards account not showing up on my Xbox one x that recently purchased.

I have an Xbox Live gold subscription that I renewed on 10/20/17 but on my Xbox one x rewards page it is not acknowledging my gold account or my membership to the rewards program. My account profile is potrick420. I’ve tried resolving this issue twice with
Xbox Live support chat. This second time they sent me here. Please fix this issue. It’s annoying to pay for a service that you can’t use because of an error.

Xbox Live Rewards Membership

My Xbox Live membership is Gold and always has been since I purchased my Xbox last month. I recently added another 3 month Gold Membership subscription today. I show up as a Gold Member in Xbox Live site yet I am not showing as a Gold Member in the Xbox
Live Rewards site.....I cancelled my subscription earlier today with Microsoft Billing and then reactivated it using a token code from Microsoft Billing for a 3 month Gold Membership. Once again, I'm showing up as Gold in Xbox Live but not Xbox Rewards...why
is this? How can this be fixed? Thanks

 

Games with Gold question

Hello, my first post here.

I am a recent member to the Xbox universe and I have recently signed up for the Xbox Rewards. However, it was my father who purchased a Xbox Live Gold membership when the Xbox One was purchased on launch. Since I have Xbox Rewards, I am thinking of purchasing
a Xbox Live Gold membership.

My question is, what will happen to the free games with Gold that my father has tied to his account? Can I play them with my Xbox Live Gold membership? Sort of a transfer from his account to mine. The games are installed on the same Xbox One. Right now,
my father is sharing Gold with the whole system. I already have 1,250 points and I have recently pre-ordered Halo Collection, so making my father create a Xbox Rewards would mean I basically throw away these 1,250 away.

Hopefully someone can help me clarify this issue.

We see that you are being tracked as a Gold member, and that you have been being awarded at a Gold payback level. We do not see that we are not acknowledging either your Gold status or your Rewards membership.
