    Hello,

    I have bought a 3 month Xbox Live Gold Membership today and would like to refund it.

    The reason is that I simply bought too much Gold Membership time. I wanted to play with my friends on xbox after playing on PC for almost a year. Unfortunately I regret my decision because I thought I would play on my Xbox allot in the 3 month period. I
    made the mistake of buying 3 months instead of buying something like day or week to just give it a try again.

    Is there any way I can get a refund? I have bought the membership on the Official Microsoft website.

    I have payed via iDeal with my debit card.

    I hope this is possible.

    Windows 10 games don't need to Xbox Live Gold to play online. Ont the other hand, Xbox Live Gold is needed to play online on Xbox.

    However, you can't play with each other if you both use the same account, even one is on Windows 10, and the other on Xbox.
