    Sorry to bother you again with another issue, but when I go to chat with Microsoft support my browser says:

    "The page isn't redirecting properly

    Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete."

    .Do I have to buy Xbox Live to get my account straight again?

    Go to the home page of the British home page for Xbox, next hover over Xbox Live Gold and click on Join Xbox Live Gold and then you scroll down and click on Join Today, select what subscription you want and click next. You shouldn't be redirected to US if
    you do this.

    Bought GOLD for a year, now it's telling me I have to renew it after about 20 days of using it.

    I have this problem too. I just redeemed a 12 month xbox live gold but my xbox and the website isn't recognizing it. I can't download games with gold because it redirects me to a page where they tell me to buy a gold subscription

    I cant get Free With Gold or Deals With Gold even though my gold membership is paid up to date.

    Hello.

    I have the same problem.

    When i try to purchase a 'Games with gold' or 'Deals with gold' title, i will be redirected to the Xbox Live Gold Site, where i can buy a membership.

    If i try to purchase the title via Xbox.com the same happens. i'm redirected to microsoft.com/de-de/store , where my membership is not known yet. i have to log in at the microsoft site again to get the free game or the deal working.

    Deleting the account at the Xbox One and even a reset of the Xbox One doesn't work.

    This error occurs first at September 16th.

    Purchasing a (Gold)-game (with the same account) at my Xbox 360 works like it should.
