if I purchased Xbox one live gold for 12 month membership can I redeem code at any time or I have a certain amount of time to claim it plz tell me cos I'm stressing about it and it is very expensive reply ASAP

I can't claim it in 1 day cos Xbox updating and there's a long wait

Games with Gold is available to all Xbox Live Gold members. To download free games you just need to be an Xbox Live Gold member at the time of redemption of any Games with Gold offering.

Purchased the xbox live gold 3 months and did not receive promo 3 months

i bought the 3 month xbox live gold on 1/17/18 and have not received the free 3 month xbox live gold redemption or anything added to my account.
