Xbox Live Gold Redeem Code Problem

Hi

I have an Xbox Live Gold 14 day trial card and I redeemed code yesterday in my Xbox One after
redeeming it stopped in loading page and it did not work, so I left the loading page. After I powered off the Xbox One and redeemed code with PC on https://account.xbox.com/en-US/PaymentAndBilling/RedeemCode I
confirmed the code and it said the code activated for you.

But when I turned on my Xbox One it said you are not in Gold membership. Then I redeemed code in Xbox One and it said "The Code Has Already Been Used" .

* I've gotten "Xbox Live Gold 14 day trial Card" from Xbox One Package.

So what can I do now?

* I redeemed code when Xbox Live Core Services Status

14 day trials only give you temporary multiplayer access and doesnt work with all games

Good rule of thumb whatevrler game you got it with use it with that and only social matches or non ranked matches

If you are trying destiny it wont work you need actual gold

Trials dont change you to gold and wont allow you full access like games with gold games

I don't know if anyone else already posted the solution to this, but a friend had the same issue with the same error. The problem was, he was trying to redeem a code over a trial gold. Live Gold and Gold Trial, doesn't mix up, that's why the solution is
to let the gold subsciption end and then redeem the code. So if you have a Live Gold and try to redeem a Trial code (like the one included with the xbox) or the other way around, it won't work.

Same problem here. My xbox live gold subscription ended yesterday and can't redeem my 12 month subscription code.

If you currently have Game Pass Ultimate and attempt to redeem a 12 month Xbox Live Gold code, it will convert to a 3 or 4 month Ultimate subscription. If you want to continue with just Gold for 12 months and not Ultimate, you would have to wait for the
Ultimate to expire before redeeming the regular Gold code.

If you don't currently have Ultimate, then you should have no problem redeeming the 12 months of Gold.

QUEENMISFITS

When you try to access Games with Gold, make sure you're using the gamertag that has the Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. If you redeemed a promotional Xbox Live Gold code as
part of your subscription, you won't be eligible for Games with Gold. If you used a prepaid code to sign up for Xbox Live Gold, make sure it was successfully redeemed.

Been having the same problem for two days trying to redeem my Xbox Live Gold code. Never been a problem before. And my billing information is the same as always. Very frustrating.
