  1. Xbox Live Gold Quest: Summer Edition Problem


    Hey,

    What is happening ? It's been over a month and haven't received my mystery Rewards from 3 Xbox Live Gold Quests: Summer Edition which i have completed 100%. I got my rewards from the first two quests but haven't received my rewards from the lasts 3. I haven't
    received my rewards from the following quests:

    • July 17 – July 30

    Complete both these Quests to get a mystery prize and the chance to win a 24k gold plated Xbox One X Project Scorpio.

    Quest 1: Earn 6 achievements in any two July Games with Gold from July 17-23

    Quest 2: Play 60 minutes of multiplayer every day from July 24-30

    • July 31 – August 13

    Complete both these Quests to get a mystery prize and the chance to win a 24k gold plated Xbox One X Project Scorpio.

    Quest 1: Play 3 hours of multiplayer, 3 days in a row by July 9

    Quest 2: Join a new club from July 10-16

    • August 14 – August 27

    Complete both these Quests to get a mystery prize and the chance to win a 24k gold plated Xbox One X Project Scorpio.

    Quest 1: Play 30 minutes of multiplayer every day by August 20.

    Quest 2: Get seven new achievements from August 21-27.

    As you can see in my photos i have completed everything and still didn't received my mystery rewards! Please solve my problem!

    I have completed this Quest yet my status still says just a bit more.

    I had a similar issue. I was not given my rewards for the Fortnite Quest and 2 other summer events. After several posts on these forums and several contacts to customer service and providing proof I got a response from Mar I saying I was to be given a
    $5 gift card for my inconveniance. After I responded to the email to claim the $5 it said that this ticket was closed, please contact customer support for further assistance. They closed the ticket right away before I could respond. They after I contacted
    customer support AGAIN they told me to post on the Microsoft Rewards forums (because there forums were missing at the time) and after I posted I was told they don't look at claim tickets on the forums. A few weeks later I got a message on my xbox about my
    summer prize and got a code for coins in a game I don't even play. Needless to say I am still out the Fortnite promotion and one other summer prize.

    To be honest I think Microsoft should just be reported to the
    Federal Trade Commission
    for the way they been handling their contests and not giving people credit and entries into contest they rightfully entered.

  6. This is really frustrating. As you can see i got all the proofs as i completed everything. If my problem persist i'll take some actions. I understand the last reward from 20 August can take up to a month but what about the one from July?

    This is not fair.

    This was a scam lol, only thing they seem to care about is the game pass quest.

  11. Support tells you to post on the forums. Forums tells you to contact customer support. We need a direct contact number to Microsoft, maybe to Bill Gates home phone (j/k), not to a call center outsourced to India who doesn't know what Microsoft even is,
    let alone how to help with anything.
