Xbox live gold purchasing error ,, something went wrong,,

Cant understand absolutely,why its happening every day to me.

I just bought xbox live gold 1 month . They mailed me that all is ok and successful, but after 24hours my purchased gold has been canceled without my agreement.

i didnt do that. I chatted with microsoft and they sent me the new code, i redeemed it and got that problem

whats the problem? Please help! I tried to redeem many times on consoles and pc!
