Xbox Live Gold - Purchase - Not Working

I just bought a Gold 1 month membership through my console.

After confirming my payment details, the page just loaded back to the original home page and that's it.

It still says Xbox Live Free under my subscription.

What is suppose to happen? Am I meant to do anything else?

Gold not showing up on Console

Hello,I bought Xbox live gold a few weeks ago but now all the feature that come with it aren't working, I checked my purchase history and the purchase of gold is there,but its not showing up

 

Get Gold for free this weekend.

Honestly, if they are going to give out Gold for free then they should give it out for like a whole 7 days at least. Giving people Gold for one weekend is like... You don't really get to see enough to know if you want to purchase it. True, some people can go onto Xbox Live and be like.. "WOAH I GOT T PLAY TODAY for free!" then go on and purchase Xbox Live. For me, I wanted to see how all the lobbies work in all the games I play and so on so it's not like I'm planning to spend the weekend upfront of my Xbox 24/7 testing out Gold features. (I say this from an earlier perspective, I have owned Gold for a very long time and really enjoy it. I'm just saying that this was my mindset PRIOR to purchasing gold.)

 

Try signing out and back in again to see if it shows you as gold. Purchasing it through the console should upgrade you pretty quickly.

If you're still not showing as gold, check
http://commerce.microsoft.com to make sure it shows the transaction as going through. If it does and you're still now showing as gold, you'll need to contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

Still not working, signed in and out, turned it on and off it has been an hour now.

Is there another method to check to see if the transaction has gone through because it isn't allowing me to log into my microsoft account to check because of some security process which has complicated the matter by 100x.

Also, I tried to download the FIFA 15 demo, and it wouldn't let me and directs me to a website, which the website says there could possibly be a issue with my current connection which is why it isn't downloading. Although I can download other demos etc perfectly
fine, but i'm wondering if these two issues are somewhat connected.

 

The only other way would be to contact support really.

The FIFA demo is only available for gold members right now. So since your account is not showing as gold, that's why it's giving you issues.

Still unable to download FIFA 15 demo, can someone explain why this isn't still possible?

Today the demo would be released for XBOX Silver users, tried to download it from my PC at work so I can play at home when i'm finished, but still saying that the demo is only available for Xbox Gold users.

When can i download the demo?

 

Is the gold membership. For one. Console now. Or does the. Family plan still exist for the 360
