I have a problem with the promotion of one month of xbox live gold for one euro. The promotion appears in my console but not in my internet account. ¿What can I do?

You can only do it on the console and with a payment option paypal.or creditcard or bankcard

 

U can't call them and have them do it from their whatever they do place
