    My Brother recently purchased Xbox live gold and his account is the only one that can use it. Why is this? My account said i needed permission to play online and then it told me to buy Xbox live gold even though my brother had already purchased it from the
    Xbox store from our console. READ THE LAST PARAGRAPH!!! Please someone anyone help me!

    i bought an xbox live gold 12 month membership and it worked fine then all of a sudden it doesn't work. it says i have gold but i can't play online. i tried everything, i deleted my account on my xbox one and signed in again ,i checked my permissions but
    nothing happened... PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!!

    I Would also Like To Suggest That You Delete Your Xbox Profile From Your Console &
    Then clear your Xbox 360 system cache & Attempt To Download Your Profile Back To Your Console. Your
    Old Profile May Be Blocking The Recent Changes & Updates. When You Do This, Your Account Will Then
    Sync In With Xbox Live & The Recent Changes To Your Profile Will Occur.
