    so i bought a new xbox 360 250gb with kinect. It also contained forza horizon and one month xbox live gold membership. After i installed it and created an xbox live profile i can't find any games nor apps on the store(it says no items everywhere). After
    that i tried to redeem my xbox live gold membership but when i input the code it says: '' the key is not valid, please enter a valid key''. The same thing happens when i try to redeem my code and download forza horizon. please help me someone.

    New halo update question

    xbox live is having some issues so that may be the problem.
    It worked earlier for me and there was a monetary value for each of the Gold bundles (no REQ points)

    You'll need to make sure that your console is connected to the Live service either via wireless or ethernet cable.

    As for the codes you should ensure that you are typing them in correctly. Sometimes B can be mistaken for 8 or O for 0.
