Xbox live gold problem

i bought a 3 month xbox live gift card today (30 of october, 2017) i already redeem it, it all wnt well but that i still can't play multiplayer, and in my xbox one home screen the "becoma a xbox live member" announcement stills there, so i checked my account
and my subscriptions and it seems to be all right, i have xbox live until the expire date that is 30 of January of 2018. but in my xbox it won't allow me to play multiplayer so something must be going on here so i need your help. (and yes i already restarted
my xbox) nothing changes.... Help me pleaaaseee.

xbox live is having some issues so that may be the problem.
It worked earlier for me and there was a monetary value for each of the Gold bundles (no REQ points)

Check if your profile on xbox.com shows the same Gamertag as on the console, if it's different double check if you are using the correct account credentials (if you are but it's showing the wrong Gamertag then it's best to contact Xbox Support via Contact Us | Xbox Support)

If the Gamertag is the same on xbox.com as on the Xbox console then please try the following steps:

1. Remove your profile (Keep in mind that you will need your account credentials in order to download your profile at a later stage) (Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One)
   
2. please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
   http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console
   
   
3. Download your profile again (Same link as step 1)
4. Try to see if the Gold subscription is working on the console.
