Xbox live Gold problem with Online Games

Dear All,

I bought a Xbox gold live subscription for 12 month to play online games with my Xbox. But when I try to play games online like Fortnite or Paladins I keep getting still the message I must buy a Xbox live gold subscription. Under the Xbox Microsoft store
settings I can see that my membership is active until 2019. Can someone help me or does anyone have an idea how I can fix this.

Cant play online

I just brought Xbox Live Gold, but I cant play online, i can use any other Xbox Live Gold service, including Games With Gold, already tried to restart the console, the problem is still there

I'm thinking he is referring to Xbox Live Gold. If that's the case, they've confirmed that you will not need to pay for Xbox Live Gold to access online modes/games for Windows 10.

I'm having the same problems/issues and from a quick search of this forum there's not much help around - isn't there a phone number that we can speak to some online help.

you'd think for the money we pay the service would be better.

While I don't have a solution for your original problem, you do NOT need a Gold membership when you want to play online on a PC.

You ONLY need a Gold membership on the Xbox consoles.

Yup! Got gold! Paying for the game pass which includes xbox live.... I've looked online for problems with servers but didn't seem to be any?
