xbox live gold problem on Xbox one and xbox.com

hi ive been referred here from web support yesterday i migrated my gamer tag from my old email to my new email using my xbox 360 after doing so i realised my xbox one no longer had xbox gold even when i re downloaded my profile using the new email i also
brought a 1 month pass to see if that would fix it but it still didnt register me having xbox like gold then i went on to subscriptions in the xbox one setting it gave an error saying "There was a problem We could not get info about your subscriptions from
xbox live. 0x80bd0006" also when i try to go on the games with gold and gold deals page on the home screen i get an error "sorry there was a problem opening this page. please try again in a moment". but if i use my gfs gamertag it gets non of the error that
my account is showing. also if i go on xbox.com then services & subscriptions it says i have xbox live gold but if i click on xbox live settings button just underneath where it tells me my xbox live gold status i get an error page saying "Uh oh... that shouldn't
have happened. It appears you've found a glitch in the system. Please try again later.

ive also done everything support asks yesterday with them so i deleted all profiles turned off xbox unplugged for 2 mins turned back on redownloaded profile, checked network tried wired network, checked for updates

Unfortunately with that error the only solution would be to call the phone team for support. It sounds like an account issue, and really the only ones that can assist with that is the phone team.

There seems to be no solution to this problem if a child account is the one with Xbox Live Gold and you don't have an Xbox 360.

The parent account does not have the ability to get the Xbox Live Gold game for free.

The child account gets the message "Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com".

You have to be an xbox live gold member. If you are having trouble through the console trying downloading it from xbox.com, which would que it up on your xbox one.

Hello Juliusking00, Do you mean the Xbox Prepaid Card? Yes you can. Im not sure if you're on Xbox 360 or Xbox One so I'll give you the steps on how to redeem your Xbox Card for Xbox Live Gold On Xbox.com. Go to: Xbox.com > Sign in with the account you wish
to add Xbox Live Gold > Go to "My Account > Subscriptions > Get More Gold. After you get to that point if your Prepaid card was added it will charge the card for the bill. If you run into any issues i'll be around!
