    XBOX Live Gold Problem: Microsoft can't decide on my membership


    So, in September/2016 I became a XBOX Live Gold member with an annual subscription. However, since February/2017 I have been having trouble playing online and downloading some Games with Gold. I have checked my account and it says that I have an active Gold
    membership. Can anyone help?

    Which country are you physically located in on our
    Officially Supported Xbox Live Countries and Regions     list and which country/region do you have your account set to?

    To clarify, if you're not connecting from a region on this list, or there is a mismatch between your account and region you're connecting from. It could mean that some features may not work properly.

    Becuz i can't buy membership as microsoft is not supporting my country payment methods and gift cards are not available in my country yet

    Unfortunately, you can't transfer Gold memberships like that.

    On the Xbox One the "Home Console" can share the Gold membership to other accounts on that very console, but the Xbox 360 console can't do that.

    You need to either buy a separate Gold membership for your son via Prepaid Gold cards, or subscribe to the Gold membership with his account.

    Paid for Gold Service via Paypal, Xbox still thinks im on free memberhip...

    eh ? my account is fine and i can log in to it, my xbox live connection is also fine...

    the problem is that i just paid for gold membership but for some reason when i login on my xbox it still seems to think im on a free membership.

    When i go to my profile on the My Xbox part of the dashboard it says Xbox Live Free

    However when i click on Manage Account it says Xbox LIVE Gold...

    It also says i have gold on the xbox website, but i can't access any of the gold features

    Its starting to drive me mental
