    Hi, I recently bought an xbox one x and wanted to get gold, but the price is absolutely catastrophic, in the UK it is £34.99 for 12 months in Sweden it is £55 for 12 months, in the UK it is 25% tax rate and in Sweden it is 20% so it should be cheaper here,
    can a person from xbox support please explain why you think its ok to charge 40% even though you pay 5% less tax on the product?

    Why is the Microsoft store is showing 2 different prices on games and DLC???

    Are you looking at the deals with gold deals? If it says With Gold next to the discounted price and you don't have xbox live then you won't get that special price. If you do have xbox live gold then I'm not sure why the price would show incorrectly.

    The $1 Xbox Live Gold offer was only made available to new subscriptions from members on Silver Xbox Live subscriptions for the first month only. After the first month, the subscription will renew at the regular price of Xbox Live Gold.

    Xbox Live Gold subscriptions after the first month are not free and also need to be payed for at the regular retail price. If you want to keep your Xbox Live Gold subscription, you will need to pay for it at the full regular retail price.

    To further clarify, Goat Simulator was $9.99 before the sale, and it currently $4.99 for Xbox Live Gold members. The Legend of Korra is $14.99, but is available to Xbox Live Gold members at $7.49. In the picture you linked, you only see the Silver sale price
    and the Gold sale price, not the actual retail price.

    Hi, you would outright own the title in that case. Deals with Gold are sale prices offered only to Xbox Live Gold members, but once that game is purchased at that price, it's yours.
