xbox live gold prepaid card redeemed but not working

i have purchased a xbox live gold prepaid card for 12 months i have redeemed the code and the xbox tells me the code was accepted and redeemed but it wont let me play in multiplayer or join and create parties at all i have no suspensions bans and i dont
have any balance due issue on my account

Back in February, I see a dashboard promotion that I would be rewarded with 600 Microsoft Points when I redeem a 12-month prepaid Xbox Live Gold card. I redeemed a prepaid 12 month card through that promotion, but still have not yet gotten the 600
points.

xbox live gold does work - after having reemed prepaid code

Hi - I can not get access to any xbox live gold services - even that I have redeemed a 12 month live gold prepaid card. (it is indicated as redeemed in subscriptions). What to do ?

After u purchased the member ship and go to online does it still say go gold and join mine does and i already just brought it dont no how to fix it

 

yes that is exactly what happens to me right now I didn't even get an email to my account that the code was activated but it still let me use gold free to play days and it says on my subscription settings the code has been activated

 

I have a problem with a 12 month live gold card.

 

I rang Xbox and they connected it from there end all works well now

 

Ive had the same issue... coded and accepted 18/11/2017- next year showing 12month end date yet no ability to join multiplayer.... there is no function here for xbox call backs?!?!? I need help please

is there no other way...i have to wait 12 hours now till the support opens again-_-
