J'ai vue une notification de Microsoft sur ma console xbox one pour avoir xbox live gold pour $1 pour 1 mois mais quand vient le temps de payé ça indique $11.99... J'ai essayé de payé sur ma console et sur internet et même soucis!

Pourquoi?

Je n'ai pas xbox live gold en ce moment!

J'ai créé un compte microsoft pour pouvoir tester le mois d'essai Xbox Live Gold sur ma console mais lorsque que je suis connecté et que je vais dans la rubrique abonnement Xbox Live Gold, la ou l'on selectionne le nombre de mois d'abonnement au Gold désiré
et ou il devrait avoir écris 1 mois d'essai xbox live gold pour moi il n'y a que les options payantes.

SVP aidez moi ça commence a faire pas mal de temps que je cherche pourquoi ça ne marche pas.

Jai utiliser la carte de credit de ma mere pour obtenjr 1 mois gold gratuit et maintenant il vont lui charger 10$ chaque mois et pour annuler ce payment il me demandais daller sur une adress electronique que je ne connais pas pour obtenir un code alor jai
fais une modification et cela prend 1 mois donc il vont charger 1 mois de live poir rien car je ne joue plus sur ce compte!!! Et ma mere va me tuer!! Aider moi!!!
