Xbox live gold, paid or 3 months microsoft cancled after 3 weeks??????

As above says an im upset to say the least, the site says i am subscribed but my Xbox one says not, and i had an email off Microsoft saying it has been cancelled.

This is not the first time this has happened and it is starting to make me wonder whether or not i should sell it and go PlayStation.

please can somebody help as there is no number to call and has took 10 minutes to get to this point, starting to wonder why i bought this machine now.....

i bought 3 month gold and i didnt get a minecraft code by 31/7/2017

Did you purchase Xbox Live Gold through the Minecraft + Gold page through the Xbox One dashboard, or did you purchase a 3 Month Xbox Live Gold pre-paid code and redeem it? If you redeemed and Xbox Live Gold code, unfortunately you will not qualify for this
promotion. To qualify for this promotion, 3 Months or 12 Months of Xbox Live Gold must be purchased through the Minecraft + Gold promotion page directly through the Xbox One console with a credit card on file.

Not received promotional microsoft points

I recently paid for 3 month+1 of xbox live gold membership which also had an offer of giving 600 or 560 microsoft points and i haven't yet received them it has been over 8 weeks help please Thanks.

Depending on which country you're from there is a number to call, if no number can be found you can always try to contact Microsoft Support by chat through the support section of the site

that was the promo... Buy 3 months Xbox Live Gold then get 3 months extra for free... But i haven't received any codes... even after my subscription i bought expired last week!!

The option your referring to is the Xbox LIVE Gold Family Pack which is $99.99, this is a full 1 time payment, not monthly.

This gives you the ability to add 4 Xbox LIVE Gold members who will all have a 1 year Xbox LIVE Gold subscription.

A normal 1 year subscription costs $59.99 and that is specifically for 1 account, and it is also paid at one time.

Other subscriptions available are 1 month ($9.99 / month), and 3 months ($24.99 / per every 3 months paid in full).

But how can this happen? My Gold membership is a pre paid one which was paid fully, its not a monthly subscription for Xbox Live not to work. So if I migrate my account to US and still stay in Malaysia after 3 months, will my Gold Subscription show up again?

Hi, as this is an unpgrade from X Box Gold, what happens if you decide that its not for you in first few days, weeks etc and you cancle subscription to ultimate. Do you just revert back to where you were with Gold live ? ie it knows that you were and have
paid for Gold Live or does it cancel everything and you lose your Gold Live account
