Xbox live gold paid but not applied

I do this post because I have a small problem. I have an active gold membership since 27/01/2017. I bought it for a year but two days ago it look likes turned off. I send a request on twitter but nobody know how to help me. My membership was affective and
the technician say me that : if you're still not seeing that reflecting properly on the console, we'd recommend continuing with our chat/phone teams directly:

want buy a other one for nothing.

xbox live gold membership - wrong account

Hi! I'm new to xbox and afraid that I applied the xbox live gold membership pre-paid card to the wrong account...I applied it to my son's account, yet he's too young to play online. Is there a way to change that or do I have to buy a new card? I'd appreciate
any help. Thanks.

Xbox live 14 days trail doesn´t allow me play online but deals with gold discounts does

I have a problem with xbox live gold. Yesterday I introduced an xbox live gold trial code for 14 days. However I was not able to play online in any game but in offers for gold members it appeared that the gold expires on October 17 and discounts on deals
with gold are being applied.

Hello! I've got the same problem since january and i know how frustrating it is. I hoped this problem was fixed but it's not. I subscribed earlier today and it worked a few minutes. For now i'm still a gold member but can't access the services

The third day do nothing and do not try to explain the situation. Xbox Live Gold paid, I paid, and can not use because of them. I hope you will begin to apply to the courts for them and maybe then they will start to move.

On the 360 Live membership is needed for each account. It is specific to the account that the code is applied to. On the Xbox One only one account needs to have paid membership for all users to access gold features.

If you have an existing paid Xbox Live Gold subscription, you can’t redeem Xbox Live Gold trial subscriptions from games or console bundles to extend your subscription period. However, you can redeem the prepaid code once your current paid subscription
expires.
Prepaid codes for Xbox Live Gold trial subscriptions are only available in select games and bundles.
You can’t access Games with Gold for the Xbox 360 with this type of Xbox Live Gold trial subscription.
You can’t stack prepaid codes for Xbox Live Gold trial subscriptions from games or console bundles. This means that you can’t start another trial period before your current trial period has finished. However, you can purchase a new paid Xbox Live Gold subscription
and start the subscription at any time during the trial period.
If you don’t currently have a paid Xbox Live Gold subscription, there is no limit to the number of times you can use this type of Xbox Live Gold trial subscription.

Xbox live gold paid but not applied
