    Xbox live gold, paid, but doesn't work


    I recently bought an xbox one and used the one month free live gold, which has now expired. Before it expired I received an email that said it would be renewed and would draw the necessary amount of money from my card. I was "sure why not" and money was
    eventually drawn. But here's the thing. My xbox live gold haven't been renewed. It continuously says I should buy a new subscription. When i try to look into it, there is a renewal date for the one month free gold, that is next month when it expired last month.
    I am so confused and I don't want to buy a new subscription because then I will have paid double the amount for one month! I don't know what to do really, and some help would be well appreciated.

    in July 12 I bought the membership for 12 months of Xbox live, and its was working normally... but yesterday I tried to play in live and Xbox said me I need to get Xbox live, and I don't understand why, if I arlady paid the last moth for 12 months... I review
    my purshaches and I have the membership overt there but I don't know what to do. The Xbox only said me: pay again -.-

    I've been having a problem with error 115. I 've just paid for X BOX LIVE GOLD for the next month but it doesn't work.

    Hi there,

    be sure to check http://billing.microsoft.com to see if all payment information etc is correct, also check the transactions, if there is a transaction for the payment for Xbox Live.

    If all seems fine on there and you still don't have Gold even though you paid for it, you will need to contact Xbox Support, you can do this via

    But Why Xbox Gold Live doesn't need to be paid with a credit card?

    I paid Xbox Live Gold without credit card and only with balance that I have. In addition, Xbox Live Gold allows the desactivation of periodic billing.

    Why doesn't the Xbox Game Pass allow it?

    I suggest you to get a paid gold membership to use xbox live features fully

    Although I have a XBOX Live Gold when I try to purchase NBA 2K16 it asks me to make a new subscription

    The free month with gold membership is a trial period and doesn't offers all the privileges of the paid gold membership. I suggest you to purchase xbox live gold membership to enjoy the full privileges of this membership.
