    Why can I not pay for my overdue Xbox live gold with my Microsoft account balance. Please HELP I want to get back to gaming.

    If you have overdue charges you need to pay them before you can use a new xbox live gold code.

    It was set to auto-renew but couldnt due to the expired card. How are are there any overdue charges as it couldnt renew the subscription.

    hi there I don't think you can pay your overdue balance with Microsoft fund you may need to pay another way.

    Unfortunately you are not able to use Microsoft credit to pay for subscriptions. You can only purchase Live Gold using a credit/Debit card or Paypal.
