Xbox Live Gold on Xbox One in Serbia

I activated xbox live gold membership for a month of trial period to see how and if it's working so i could purchase yearly subscription. My Xbox One does not see the subscription and constantly rejects using online features in fifa 15 and forza motorsport
5. I live in Serbia so I would like to know if this has anything to do with this kind of problems. Thanks in advance.

Xbox one Live question

Hi so i am from norway, but i live in serbia where i go to uni.

If i buy an xbox one in norway. where i am from, and register it to my address there. can i bring the xbox to serbia, where i live, and use xbox live to the fullest?

Am i right in believing that if i get the xbox one over here i will have no problems playing, but if i get a problem on xbox live, i wont be able to get any support for it here in serbia? Which means i would just turn to the norwegian support if i needed
something fixed?

i will just not be able to use microsoft support in serbia, but i can use the norwegian support instead?

i am not looking to cheat anything, i just want to be able to play xbox live. and its not like i am not paying for it. i have had xbox live for more than 5 years the last 2 here in serbia.

dragomix2001, You are showing Gold here. Please try removing your profile from the console and then perform a hard reset like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from
the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload the profile, log in and test.
