Xbox Live Gold on Two Consoles, with Three Accounts

We have an Xbox One with Gold under my account. My boys each have their own accounts which they play on and have all their friends and such. We are looking at getting a 2nd Xbox One so they can play online multiplayer with each other. I know if you set one
console as Home everyone on that console shares Gold, and if I sign into the other there will be Gold benefits.

How would I set it up so Child A and Child B can both play at the same time, on separate consoles, on games that require Gold, when Parent has the Gold sub?

Hi there Abel A. If you have three consoles, you'll need three accounts. Two accounts can share Xbox Live Gold, not three. The third account will need separate subscription. In addition, an account can only be used on one console at a time. Have a great day.

it is possible for one live account to work on two consoles, the catch is that the "parent" Gold will need to be signed in.

For this to work for your situation, Parent Gold must set Xbox A as the HOME CONSOLE in the settings menu. All profiles on this xbox will have Gold ONLY WHILE USING THIS XBOX.

Parent GOLD will then need to be signed in at all times on Xbox B to allow any gold features to be used.

It is important to note that each account can designate only one console as the account's home console. Therefore you can only share to one Xbox while not signed into to the parent account. If only one account owns the subscription (parent account) you would
need to set one of the console's as the home console, and the other one the parent account would need to be logged in concurrently with the other account that will be playing on console 1.

This would be the only way for it to work with only one subscription when the account that owns the subscription is not being used to play. However, this comes with risks if you intended to set up any parental controls with the parent account since the parent
account is logged in, the child can use your account freely to remove any restrictions you may have placed on their accounts or could even make unauthorized purchases if you have your payment option added to your Microsoft Account. I'd recommend setting up
a passkey or locking down your account with the account password if you intended to have your account on both consoles. Here are some resources for you:

Ahhh okay so just set Xbox B to auto sign my account in every time. So if I want to play with them or at the same time on another game, I should use Xbox B, unless they aren't using Gold to play yes?
