XBOX Live Gold NOT working

Bought a prepaid code from Game in November and it's not redeeming!

Error code below:

When speaking to the customer "support" team they return with the following:

"Hmm, we are currently receiving a lot of contacts regarding this matter and this has been tagged as an ongoing issue, however, since this is already been identified, our offline team is currently on the progress to fix the issue in no time. "

I've been waiting since November for this too be fixed and there is no result.

Either fix it, or give me an error code saying its not accepted so I can get my money back!

funny about the "fix in no time" part. Im waiting for more than a month already for this issue get solved and no one gives a heads up. theres so much people complaining about that they should give live free for everyone until this gets fixed. I just cant
play because i just have online games. My xbox is now just a fancy and dusty blu-ray player.

If you mean xbox live gold yes....because xbox live is the xbox online service platform and xbox live gold is the subscription, and non gold subscribers are still connected to xbox live always.

Xbox LIVE Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards members for renewing their Xbox LIVE Gold subscriptions, playing games, engaging with Xbox LIVE features, making purchases from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace etc... and a gold member does mean a xbox live gold
member.
