    Xbox live Gold not working


    I purchased 1-year subscription to Xbox Live Gold for my son in February 2018. It worked for about 6 weeks and he has not been able to access any of the Gold options such as playing with friends I have the purchase receipt etc. I have tried numerous problem
    solving solutions to no avail. When I log onto his account from a PC it says he has a membership but when logged onto his Xbox 1 or Xbox360 no luck. I have also logged him off and back on with no resolution. Any suggestions?

    Far Cry Blood Dragon isn't free for me with Xbox Live Gold

    Managed to get it to work, I used the xbox live website and bought it for free on there, it took some time for it to realize I had xbox live gold.

    I subscribed to Live Gold.My status is gold, but in game it says Xbox Live Gold account is required for playing multiplayer...It is not working!!

    you might try a hard reset on the Xbox one. If you entered the subscription code on the pc and it has not synced with the Xbox one. One other solution is that you can try reinstall the gamer tag on the Xbox one remove it first and
    then reinstall the gamer tag using the email and password you signed up with.

    sharing Xbox live gold membership only works on the Xbox One. unfortunately on Xbox Live, everyone will need a gold membership to be able to talk to each other and play games together.

    I'm assuming you're refering to this raptr promotion
    raptr.com/.../xbox-live-free-gold-subscription    . This promotion only works if you currently have an Xbox silver account, if you're currently a gold member the promotion code won't work.
