Xbox Live Gold not working when I have an Xbox Live account.

I have spoken to customer services for days about this and I have no got no answers for this, I want to know why after nearly 10 years of using this service, I can no longer use Xbox Live codes or my debit card information to get online when I already had
one in the first place. It keeps asking me to be a Gold member when I already am.

If this isn't answered soon, I'm trading my Xbox One for a Playstation 4 and not joking. You guys have shown once more the lack of loyalty to it's long term members and a lack of response, I even had one Agent who went quiet as he no longer wanted to answer
my questions.

If I get no reply here I will have to presume Microsoft treat long term customers like I'm some sort of investor who has lost alot of money.

Do i need xbox live

Yes you will need Xbox live. It works out at around £3.33 a month.

Keep your eye out for some bargains on Xbox live.

I think you might still get a 1 month free pass when you set your account up via the Xbox.

You can currently get a 12 + 1 Month Xbox Live Gold Membership from CDKeys for £29.90.

As long as the primary account have xbox live gold all other accounts get xbox live as well

 

You won't get any help here, I'm having exactly the same problem and after 6 days I'm still no nearer a resolution

 

Try chatting to them online but I warn you, they haven't got a clue what is going on.

 

I did that, complete waste of time. Been on the phone to them every other day and they still aren't really taking responsibility. It's been 'escalated' apparently.....

 

Yeah they keep ignoring me on the online chat and tried the guys on twitter now being told I don't have an account anymore...... ER....

 

please get in touch with @XboxSupport1 over on twitter been onto them all last night and they were unaware of this issue but have asked all affected to get in touch with them there .

 

That's not true I spoke to them about this on Mar 21st. I quote "Alright cool, thank you. We're gonna take a look into this and let you know when we have more info. ^CR"

8 days later and I finally found a way to play GOLD for 14 days. I have a trial and it has a QR code used it on the camera and it works. I need to find a way of getting these codes as a QR code....

 

Why am I still Silver when I am GOLD on my console?

 

Right just made some QR codes, they work but I still get the same errors

 

there are different support workers on different numbers ie. xbox support 1 , xbox support 2 and these are shared by a few people ie, thanks -CW thanks JS etc

I was onto support 1 all last night and they were completely unaware of this and have asked all to get in touch so they can resolve it for you all

I thank you helping but I have done this they just ask details and then say it's been noted and will be contacted.

In the years of having this I can only presume it's an account issue.

I'd rather Microsoft explain there is something wrong and working on it rather than tell me it's ok and will contact you later only to get nowhere, I contact them almost daily not to be a pain but I want it to be noted on a scale something should be done.

 

would you humour me and just pop a quick tweet to @xboxsupport 1#pc stating you were directed there for help with the gold account issue as im watching their tweets to help get it resolved -

we may get no where - so no different to now , but if it does then surely its worth it.

 

Hi Gillette, I've spoken to them over the last day and they really don't seem to be acknowledging any issues either! I have just tweeted again referencing the forum to see what happens.

It's now exactly 2 weeks without Gold and it's truly pathetic.
