    Good morning

    Recently I bought a xbox live 12 months account with a code and I renewed my subscription to xbox live GOLD in the same manners I've been doing in the last years.

    This time something gone wrong as my account resulted as "GOLD" but in every game it doesn't let me play online...

    The seller of the account told me it could be a matter of my account so I'm here to asking you help.

    Me too I renewed it 2 months ago and it will not let me play online and I even put in a Xbox live trial code and said ' you already have an Xbox live gold membership' and still would not let me play online???

    That's not all either, I can't even get an Xbox Live Gold subscription without a code. Microsoft's servers are a joke.

    Actually managed to activate a 2 day gold code from the Xbox One windows 10 app, and lo and behold, even with a subscription active on the account, it still doesn't let me play online, games still prompt to buy Xbox Live Gold.

    This whole experience is nothing but frustration.
