    I bought a xbox and I got a 3 month live gold and game pass code but when I bought the games I wanted multiplayer wasnt working!!! I did everything on my xbox to make it work but it just wasnt... Please help because this worked on all of my other friends
    and not on me.. I only got 1 month too

    Your friend is making a transfer with someone else to get the xbox Live Gold but he already has the Xbox gamepass on his account. Here is the reason why you have the xbox gamepass and not the xbox live gold

    Hey there,

    It looks like the account you're posting from is an Xbox Live Silver account. Is there an Xbox Live Gold account on your Xbox One console that was sharing the Gold privileges with your account? With the Xbox One Home feature, you can share Xbox Live Gold
    with any other account that is signed into that console, however that feature does not work on an Xbox 360 console, which is why you may notice that Gold features work on one console and not the other.

    Keep us posted if that helps clear up what the issue may be.

    Hi Jpzivot,

    Your Xbox Live Gold subscription and Xbox Game Pass are bundled together. If you are paying for Game Pass then Gold comes included. This doesn't work the other way around. Hope this helps.
