    Xbox Live Gold not working fully...


    Hi, I just purchased xbox live gold and put the code into my xbox one. It then says that it will check if it is available via backwards compatibility. I can then play online but on the xbox home page it still says i am a silver member and i can't redeem
    my games with gold. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

    gold not working fully

    i bought xbox and got xbox live gold code in a bundle, just redeemed like 1hour 10mins ago and my username is when i play airmech arena it says i need gold to play online when i redeemed 14 day trial. i can get the games with gold though.

    My son's xbox live is working enough that he can watch youtube, but he still is not able to play online games at all. It was ordered online via the website yesterday, Idk how long the waiting period is for it to come in is it the waiting period or Is this
    due to the current issues or is something wrong on our end??
