Xbox Live Gold not working any more

Hello, i had a 14 day trial xbox gold, after that i bought 1 month of gold but it doesn't let me play multiplayer games any more (the buy xbox live gold message appears).

I opened the ports for multiplayer, removed my account from the console and signed again, shut down the console and removed the power, nothing worked. Any help?

Xbox live gold subscription not working any more

Hello, I suscribed to xbox live gold for a 12 month duration on the 01/01/2018.

I got the confirmation email telling me that my payment was accepted

and was able to play online with the xbox live gold until yesterday (01/05/2018).

Today i tried to play online but my xbox one denied me the acces, it

seems that it doesn't consider me as a gold member any more whereas my

xbox live gold subscription is still active: i checked it on my

microsoft account and it says it will expire on the 12/31/2018.

I would like to know how to solve this problem.

Microsoft just ended the Family Plan for good

Microsoft sent this announcement via e-mail to all Family Plan members. This is terrible for people who have more than one console. Also note (in bold) that this answers the questions about the Gold Live sharing on multiple consoles. So if you plan to throw out your 360's and game library and have you family glued to one Xbox One then you are good. Once you go that friends house your family cannot play in Live on either console unless you have an additional sub. Terrible.

As a valued Xbox Live Gold member, we'd like to thank you and your family for being part of the Gold community.

We continually evaluate our offerings and are always working to provide services that best meet the needs of our customers.
Starting August 27, 2013, we will be converting each activated account on your Gold Family Pack to an individual Xbox Live Gold membership to prepare for new upcoming features on Xbox Live Gold. Rest assured, each individual membership will work on both Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
Through the new Home Gold feature on Xbox One, a single Xbox Live Gold membership will allow anyone in your home to enjoy many Gold features like multiplayer, access to Gold entertainment apps, and more on your Xbox One.*
As a bonus, we will give each converted individual Xbox Live Gold membership from your Gold Family Pack an extra 3 months of Gold (in addition to the time remaining on your membership term).**

After your memberships convert, the only Gold Family Pack features that will no longer be available are activity monitoring reports and Microsoft Points allowances. Contact Us page. They may need to remove Xbox Live Gold from your account and issue you a new token.

After speaking with Microsoft support the problem was fixed by removing my gamertag in all settings > remove accounts. By deleting and re adding my profile on the console the system was able to refresh and detect the 1 month of gold subscription.

Thanks for your post. To play any multiplayer game over Xbox Live, you much have an Xbox Profile with an active Xbox Live Gold Subscription. For more information on what comes with Xbox Live Gold, check out this article:

Thanks for posting, the reason that Minecraft is not allowing for these functions seems to be attributed to the lack of an Xbox Live Gold subscription. Xbox Live Gold is needed to play any multiplayer functions in any game, this means that all games that
have a single player option are playable but, if a multiplayer option is there, a gold subscription is needed to play it.

If only one account has gold then that account can get onto xbox live on any console regardless of the "my home xbox" feature.

Xbox live sharing does not work on xbox 360, so you will need more subscriptions for each other account that doesn't have gold.

On the xbox one the my home xbox feature will share xbox live gold and digital games (not all DLC) to all other accounts on that console when the account with gold is the "my home xbox" account but that does not share to backwards compatible games on xbox
one.
