XBOX LIVE GOLD not working after payment

sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services/to double check that the subscription is active.

if it is still not working go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

choose a category then in Step 2 select See Other Options

select Payment and Billing then select whichever of the 2 options you prefer (you can request a call back from support so you can talk to a real person on the phone)

i am having the exact same issue, been onto them 3 times now and each time keep getting told to basically turn it off and on again.

i paid £50 to look at a home screen!

i will be making a formal complaint!
