Gold trials do not give you full Gold membership. They are limited in the scope of what you can do with them. What specifically are you looking for that you are not seeing?

I am having the same issue. My account states that I have a Live Gold membership until September 10th but, it keeps prompting me for a code for Live access. Any suggestions?

I redeemed my xbox live 12 months gold membership yesterday but it says that I still have to purchase it. And I've checked my subscriptions and there is nothing there. I would be grateful if I could get help with my issue as soon as possible.

Hello Velocidade,

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issue with your gold subscription showing. On the Xbox console go to settings>account>subscriptions and see if it shows your Xbox live gold active there. If it does show try a

power cycle on the Xbox console.

You will want to make sure you are logged into the correct profile, possibly sign out and back in just in case it is a sync issue. Also log into your account management online to make sure that the account has Gold on it.
