    Hi,

    I definitely have a Xbox Live Gold account, and I see on my credit card statement that I've been charged for it about a week ago, but when I try to use any of the features on my Xbox One it says that I don't have a gold subscription.

    However, when I check my profile settings when signed in on my Xbox One it says that I have an active gold account.

    I've tried signing out and in again, i've deleted and redownloaded my profile, nothing seems to work. Any help would be apprciated.

    I recently used a 14 day xbox live Gold code (I activated it yesterday) and on some games it still says that i do not have xbox live Gold. World of Tanks says that I need to upgrade to Gold. When I go to play Call of Duty it has recognized that I have xbox
    live Gold. On the dashboard, it still says that i can upgrade to Gold. Why??? I already used the code. Shouldn't I be recognized as a Gold member on my profile?

    Issue with gold/xbox rewards

    Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, as stated in our FAQ:

    —My Xbox Live Rewards account is not recognizing my Xbox Live Gold membership. What should I do?

    Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership, we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member.

    After reviewing your account, your Gold subscription for the last three months was a promotional, discounted subscription. As mentioned in the FAQ, promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards:

    Hello DannyWC,

    We see that you are not receiving Gold Status this month due to your subscription being a promotional Gold subscription for 1 month. Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, so your free 1 month is not eligible. From our FAQ:

    Xbox Live Gold no longer exists, it's now GamePass Core, but 360 will recognize that as gold, but you might have to do it on the web
