Xbox live gold not recognized on console

hello,

I'm facing an issue with my xbox live gold membership.

It seems that somehow buyig the gold membership online wasn't synced with the console.

First, i had my 2 days free gold membership because i bought the fifa17 game which i activated by redeeming a code and during these 2 days I also made the subscription online.

The issue is that i think that the console is still seeing my expired period (those 2 days) and not the active one.

On the console it still says: join gold and start saving, but when i get to the last screen i can see my membership there still active (will be renewed in 27/05).

Any opinions are welcome.

xbox live trouble

I recently used a 14 day xbox live Gold code (I activated it yesterday) and on some games it still says that i do not have xbox live Gold. World of Tanks says that I need to upgrade to Gold. When I go to play Call of Duty it has recognized that I have xbox
live Gold. On the dashboard, it still says that i can upgrade to Gold. Why??? I already used the code. Shouldn't I be recognized as a Gold member on my profile?

Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, as stated in our FAQ:

Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership, we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member.

After reviewing your account, your Gold subscription for the last three months was a promotional, discounted subscription. As mentioned in the FAQ, promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards:

We see that you are not receiving Gold Status this month due to your subscription being a promotional Gold subscription for 1 month. Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, so your free 1 month is not eligible. From our FAQ:

Are you still having issues with your Xbox One not recognizing that you're an Xbox Live Gold member? Your account currently shows being a Gold member, so hopefully that reflects with your console now.
