Xbox live gold no me sirve

Hola, hace unos días me compre una tarjeta de Xbox Live Gold de 3 meses y me funcionó muy bien pero sucedió algo muy extraño ,me dice que ya no tengo gold y tengo que renovar.

¿Por que me a pasado esto?.

mi perfil no cuenta con los permisos necesarios para acceder a Xbox live???

Hay dos tipos de tarjetas

las de dinero para cargar a tu cuenta

y

las de xbox live

las tarejetas de 1,3,6 o 12 meses sirven para jugar en linea y tener acceso a las opciones que te da esto

tarjetas de promocion de hasta un mes no sirven para tener acceso a todo el contenido de xbox live

cuando vayas a comprar una tarejeta revisa wue diga XBOX LIVE SUSCRIPCION y de cuanto tiempo es, si tienes dudas aqui te seguimos apoyando con respuestas!!
