Thanks for posting and bringing this up, sometimes when a code is purchased from a retailer it can take up to 24 hours to activate from the store. If this issue persists it could have been incorrectly activated by the retailer.

If preferred try contacting support using the
Contact Us portal on our support site to take a look into why the code redemption may be throwing this error.
