Xbox Live Gold month trial didn't work! And Now it is Billing me!

I got a xbox one for christmas and set it up and activated the gold free trial. It didn't activate, and I couldn't go back and press the free trial again, so I figured it was a glitch and I was gonna let it go. Well I just got a email and it said that I
am going to be billed on February 1st because of the xbox live gold month trial. I can't cancel auto renewing because it doesn't show up on my subscriptions because it didn't work. I hope that you fix this issue and if not pay for my month or give me a refund.

Xbox live gold 30 day trial stopped working...

Yesterday I got the Xbox live gold 1 month trial, it worked perfectly but after a while I logged off and as I logged back on it didn't work... can anybody help me?

Xbox no longer offers the free month trial.

Some games or console bundles may include a prepaid code for a 2, 3, or 14 day Xbox Live Gold trial subscription.

that is why unable to get the backward compatible games. They will not work with the 14 day trial unfortunately. In this link

describing Xbox live gold there is a section explains the trials.

With an Xbox Live Gold 2- to 14-day trial, you can get Xbox One Games with Gold, and discounted Gold deals.

If it was a one month trial you could get the backward compatible games.

No codes would be available from here or Xbox Support.

Often, you will get an offer on the Xbox console for a month of Xbox Live Gold for a $1 or an option to start a trial subscription and the sign up will ask for a credit card which will be billed after that first month of gold is up.

No, I was asking can i have xbox live gold for 1 month not a trial because i was gonna get xbox gold anyways but it says i cant get it and my bill information keep saying it a error with it i keep trying to fill in the bill information but it wont let me

I live in Lithuania gamer tag set to UK now (forgot to mention that support told me to change it for "workaround", didn't work how you see).

Another MS joke: logged in today and boom, I'm not Gold anymore, 1-month trial disappeared after 4 days. But I can still activate another Trial for month...

System completely sucks...
