Xbox live gold money takers

hi there been trying to get a hold of Microsoft to rectify what the hell is going on. But keep getting the run arounds & end up getting no where. They said they was going to call. Still waiting for that call!!

Microsoft NZ on facebook wont help as all they do is give me the same place & phone numbers to contact you the actually Microsoft guys in the United states I would prefer to contact Microsoft in NZ as talking to people from other countries tend to not understand
my situation unless I speak like them? As apparently us New Zealanders talk funny & slang our words. It's just that we talk to fast & you cant understand our lingo but clearly we can pick up on yours with in a second of you speaking

My issue are buying xbox live gold with my bank details under my account online. I've installed my bank dets correctly to get a message from you guys stating something is wrong with my bank set up. So I tried 4 times installing my bank dets I still get the
same answer. I'm not a noob at this. So I checked to insure I have money in my bank account to find out that you guys have taken times 4 payments out of my account of $2 so I'm assuming that for the four times I tried to set up my xbox live gold 1 month subscription
that was for me trying to save my bank details to my xbox live account but obviously it must be working. As you guys have taken money out what the hell is going on MICROSFT. I want a return in my money or something because clearly my bank details must be working

Cannot Connect to XBOX Live

UPDATE: Was able to recover the account doing it IN-GAME. so the error has become "Unable to connect to xbox live in the dashboard, but fine in any game"

Why is it when I put my console into OFFLINE MODE. That after a few days of not playing that I need to reconnect my console online & get the do you own the original copy of this game ****. just to play my DIGITAL paid copies of the games I own.

?Have you guys thought about the people that may take there consoles to someones house & they may not have internet.

?Or take there consoles away from home when working as the hotel our bosses put us in may or may not have access to internet.

?I thought when we buy the digital copies that we own them for life. BUT OBVIOUSLY WE STILL NEED INTERNET just to bring up our digital copies of the game.

?I thought by buying the original disc that my digital copie & DLC will load up in offline mode so I've paid times two fees the digital & original copie BUT OBVIOUSLY i still need internet.

?What happened to the days of gaming of installing a cartridge or a disc just to play games with your family.

?EVERYTHING is evolved around online gaming & internet which is cool. BUT what happens when the internet lines go down. How the hell am I going to play my digital games if I dont own the original copy of it. When we or I obviously own it on my hard drive

Need answers or an update to allow us people that dont have much to enjoy our paid digital copies of our owned games to play offline I'm not rich but I love to play my games offline because NZ internet connection for a house hold is pretty **** when you
have to share the same internet connection in the one house hold.
